Reservations
Reservations are recommended to all visitors who wish to spend time at the festival together with their friends and colleagues.
The reservations system works as follows:
To make a reservation, you must buy 12 Tollars (EUR c. 22.00/USD 27.70) plus a reservation fee of EUR 2.00/USD 2.50 per spot. The minimum number of spots that can be reserved is 6.
This means that attendance for ten people costs 10×12 Tollars (EUR c. 220.00/USD 277.00) + 10×EUR 2.00/USD 2.50 of the reservation fee, for a total of EUR c. 240.00/USD 302.00 including VAT. You may spend the Tollars as you wish. The price of beer (2 Tollars / 1 Beer) and meals (1–6 Tollars) clearly indicates that for the average consumer the purchase of 12 Tollars is sufficient. If you do run out of Tollars, you may certainly purchase additional ones directly at the table from your server. The Tollars will be given by our employees to the company representative or a person, in whose name the reservations have been made. You can find your reserved places in the diagram at the entrance to each tent.
The reservation becomes valid the moment it is accepted by the organizer. The reservation may be booked 24 hours before the required time of visit at the latest.
